Requirements: Good Communication skills are required; At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred; A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred; Able to work most stations of the kitchen; Must be able to work a flexible schedule, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends; Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time; Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to a moderate weight
