About: Hyatt Regency hotel, located in downtown Miami next to the trendy Brickell neighborhood with iconic towers overlooking the Miami River, offering a prime location near Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, Port of Miami, and Kaseya Center. This culinary position requires strong communication skills, a minimum of two years of previous line and fine dining experience, with preference for a Culinary degree or related hotel experience. Candidates should possess proficiency in basic and intermediate cooking skills, including soup and sauce preparation, frying, and broiling, and may be required to provide guidance in the absence of a supervisor.
