Requirements: Requires good communication skills; 3 years of previous line experience preferred; Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred; Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills; Able to work multiple kitchen stations; Moderate supervision and training required; Must be flexible to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends; Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
