About: The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium hotel located in Downtown Miami. Named after the iconic Elser Pier, it offers 646 fully furnished rooms/residences, over 19,000 square feet of amenities, and 5,000 square feet of retail space.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; excellent time management skills; able to prioritize multiple requests; computer experience required; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines; approachable and service-oriented attitude; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; maintain confidentiality; show initiative; attentive and courteous in all interactions; willing to perform other duties as needed
