Position: Concierge job
About: UG2, a leading facility services company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service within a building environment. The role involves concierge services, customer inquiries, and light janitorial duties when necessary, all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Requirements: Six months or more of customer service or related field experience; valid Driver’s License a plus; previous experience in hospitality, property management, or janitorial services a plus; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service and client satisfaction focus; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; attention to detail and proactive approach to facility needs
