About: Color & Curl Concierge is a beauty retail store looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Color & Curl Specialist to join their team. The role involves maximizing sales, providing expert color and texture consulting services, and staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Strong business acumen; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; Strong knowledge of POS applications; Comprehensive knowledge of computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Ability to work scheduled hours and flexibility for additional hours as needed; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
