Position: Club Lounge Concierge – Part-Time
About: • Service of food and beverage to include delivery of food and/or beverage items from kitchen areas to the Club Lounge. Completes opening and closing side work including stocking plates, silverware, filling coffee grinder. Retrieves fresh fruit display, pastry display, coffee, juices, etc., from kitchen areas and delivers to Club Lounge. Monitors the inventory and presentable condition of all glasses, dishes and silver to ensure they meet Club standards. Answers all telephone calls within three rings. Busses tables and maintains an overall clean Club Lounge. SALARY RANGE: $23.60 – $26.60 PER HOUR
Requirements: • Must be able to pull and push a minimum of 80 pounds. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds. Standing for 90% of work shift is required. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation. Able to anticipate guest’s needs. Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills at all times. Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol. Prior hospitality experience preferred. Food Handler’s Certificate required. Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
