Position: Cashier Casino and Caesars Rewards Rep – Part Time (Cromwell LV)
About: Caesars Entertainment is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Premium Slot Representative for the Caesars Rewards Program. The role involves engaging with customers on the casino floor, signing up new members, and maintaining customer data with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred; previous customer service experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills; some computer experience required; outgoing personality with the ability to generate business; must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card; proficient in English; must be able to work flexible hours and shifts; must have a well-groomed appearance; must be able to move around the casino/hotel areas, stand for long periods, handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment, and operate various equipment; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; tolerance to second-hand smoke
