Requirements: High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred; knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification preferred; prior experience in hospitality or food service industry; strong nutrition knowledge; experience in vendor management; organized and punctual with attention to detail; self-starter with excellent communication skills; customer service-oriented and team player; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
