Position: Bartender job
About: The beautiful and historic Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual for the position of Bartender. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong proficiency in multi-tasking, and exceptional hospitality and guest service skills.
Requirements: At least one year of experience required; minimum lifting of 50 pounds; pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity; hearing, writing, typing; minimum pulling of 50 pounds; comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions; knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations; high school education is preferred, relevant training and experience required; ability to obtain required licenses and certificates; CPR training and first aid training are preferred; additional language ability preferred.
