Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a Bar/Lounge Assistant Manager in a high-volume, high-end establishment preferred; proficiency in bar/lounge service, food and beverage knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills; familiarity with wine/beverage programs and accounting/administration tasks
