Position: AM Pastry Team
About: As a Pastry Team Member at a production bakery, you will be involved in the preparation of morning pastries, croissants, and other baked goods using traditional methods without automation. This hands-on role includes dough mixing, muffin scooping, cookie cutting, seasonal item production, and sandwich and salad assembly. Multiple positions are available including Pastry Mixer, Pastry Prep, and Pastry Supervisor with early morning shifts starting from 4:30am to 6:30am, lasting 6-8 hours, and requiring weekend and holiday availability.
Requirements: 1 year of experience in a production bakery preferred; basic understanding of safe food handling practices; independent, hardworking, able to work at a fast pace; strong, energetic, and self-motivated; works well in an organized, structured, and neat environment; ability to read and understand recipes in English and basic math skills; capable of standing 8-10 hours per shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, reaching, and squatting; required to work weekends and holidays
