Position: Administration Assistant

About: Merchant Industry, a growing credit card processing company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in POS merchant services. The role involves providing administrative support to the operations team, managing merchant and ISO-related tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while interacting with merchants and ISOs regularly.

Requirements: Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, office administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience is a plus. Prior experience in the merchant service industry or working with POS systems is required. Familiarity with credit card processing, POS systems (hardware and software), and merchant services programs. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Basic knowledge of POS systems and credit card processing operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
