The Zone Sales Leader role at Bimbo Bakeries USA is a pivotal position within the organization responsible for driving sales excellence through the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. This leadership position involves managing and engaging a dynamic market area team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize growth in the zone marketplace and sales centers. The Zone Sales Leader plays a key role in achieving organizational objectives by overseeing critical field sales initiatives, ensuring they are developed, managed, and executed with precision and impact. Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of management experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry
  • Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Lead execution of the sales and sales operations Direct Store Delivery Excellence best practices
  • Lead and engage a market area team to create effective sales strategies to maximize sales growth
