Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to work day and swing shifts (10:30am to 6:30pm or 4:00pm to 12:00am or 5:00pm to 1:00am)
  • excellent communication skills
  • previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
  • capable of maintaining positive guest relations under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of experience in food service or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly
  • provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • process payments and manage cash register efficiently
