This position involves preparing and cooking sandwiches to order with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in expediting orders, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation. The role demands a strong sense of urgency, familiarity with industry practices, and the ability to handle high volume workloads during shifts that typically last 8 to 9 hours between 9 AM and 8 PM, including weekend availability. Both full-time (4 to 5 shifts per week) and part-time (2 to 3 shifts per week) positions are available. Zingerman's offers a competitive starting wage of $17 to $20 per hour, inclusive of tips, with wage increases based on tenure, successful training, and demonstrated skill advancement.
