The Bryant Group is a leading residential real estate brokerage dedicated to empowering real estate professionals with the resources and support necessary to excel in their careers. Known for its innovative approach to lead generation and agent development, The Bryant Group partners strategically with Zillow to provide agents with a consistent influx of high-quality live tour requests. This unique advantage not only connects agents with motivated buyers but also significantly enhances their opportunities to close deals and grow their business rapidly.

As a full-time real estate agent at The Bryant Group, you will join a forward-thinking brokerage that prides itself on leadership and adaptability in the ever-changing real estate market. The group emphasizes comprehensive training and support that enable agents to master lead conversion, client consultation, property valuation, and contract management. New agents benefit from a rigorous onboarding process designed to equip them with the skills to close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 90 days, setting the foundation for a thriving and sustainable real estate career. This is a place where dedication meets opportunity, backed by industry-recognized training programs and a commission structure that rewards success generously.

At The Bryant Group, agents enjoy a no-desk fee policy and an efficient operational framework that maximizes earning potential. The brokerage offers a supportive environment with dedicated transaction coordinators and leadership teams who provide continuous guidance. The flexibility of self-determined schedules, including Monday to Friday and weekend availability, allows agents to balance personal and professional commitments effectively while pursuing six-figure earning potential. The Bryant Group also prides itself on fostering diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities and valuing the unique perspectives each team member brings to the table.

This role is perfectly suited for professionals committed to leading buyers and sellers through residential transactions with integrity and expertise. If you possess strong skills in preparing purchase contracts, listing documents, property assessment, client responsiveness, and CRM management, you will thrive as part of a team that puts your success front and center. By leveraging the exclusive Zillow partnership, you gain access to a powerful tool that accelerates business growth like no other in the industry.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $48,226.91 to $196,492.21 per year, agents at The Bryant Group receive a flexible schedule, bonus pay, and commission pay, making it a financially rewarding career move.
