Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience with international or large-scale events
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- strong project management and operational coordination skills
- fluent in English
- proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
- proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties
- supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations
- being present on-site during events to oversee operations, provide real-time problem-solving, and ensure smooth delivery
- managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals
- working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations
- acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations within assigned areas
- monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines
- upholding FIFA's commitment to excellence by ensuring all operational aspects meet or exceed standards
