In this dynamic context, FIFA26 is currently seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to join its workforce for the match day only operations at the local venue level. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of operational and logistical plans at tournament venues. Reporting directly to the local Venue Operations Director, the Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for on-site management during events, providing real-time operational support and problem-solving to guarantee seamless delivery. This position demands effective coordination with venue teams, contractors, local authorities, and cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. The Coordinator will uphold FIFA's rigorous standards to ensure that all operational facets align with the organization’s commitment to excellence.

This is a fixed-term contract position based onsite in Atlanta. The role requires a candidate who is able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and who possesses strong project management, operational coordination skills, and a passion for ensuring success in large-scale international events. Candidates should be fluent in English, with Spanish and/or French proficiency considered an asset. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office Suite and capable of utilizing planning software and online collaboration tools effectively.
