- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience with international or large-scale events
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong project management and operational coordination skills
- Fluent in English
- Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
Job Duties
- Supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations
- Being present on-site during events to oversee operations, provide real-time problem-solving, and ensure smooth delivery
- Managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals
- Working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations
- Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations within assigned areas
- Monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines
- Upholding FIFA’s commitment to excellence by ensuring all operational aspects meet or exceed standards
