The position also involves managing logistical aspects like safety checks, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing the facility and client belongings for transition to daytime care. Effective communication with program leadership and participation in ongoing training are crucial to fostering professional development and advancing the organization’s mission.

Ideal candidates for this role are calm problem-solvers with strong leadership skills, experience in human services especially with youth, and the ability to handle emergencies with composure and grace. The role involves working closely with youth requiring trauma-informed care, emphasizing de-escalation techniques and compassionate support.
