The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of night program operations within a foster care setting. This role requires maintaining a safe, secure, and calm environment where youth feel empowered and respected. Primarily serving as a hands-on leader, the Shift Supervisor models professionalism and provides critical crisis intervention support when needed.
