With a mission to enhance people's lives through exceptional mountain experiences, Mt. Bachelor is an environment that values positive attitudes, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to winning as a cohesive team. The resort offers a range of winter and summer activities, making it a year-round destination for adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Rental Supervisor role at Mt. Bachelor is a dynamic leadership position pivotal to the daily operations of the rental department. This position requires advanced knowledge of ski, snowboard, and bike equipment, including proper fitting techniques and adherence to ASTM standards for safety compliance. The Rental Supervisor promotes a strong safety culture by conducting regular safety huddles, enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring all operational procedures support a safe work environment. The role also encompasses administrative duties such as payroll approval, inventory management, and coordination with other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Mt. Bachelor offers a supportive workplace with numerous perks and benefits designed to enhance employees' work-life balance and enjoyment. These include free employee season passes, discounted passes for dependents, friends, and family, free transportation options within local communities, and access to discounts on resort services such as food, retail, rentals, and lessons. Seasonal employee housing programs and camping opportunities foster a close-knit community among staff. Additional benefits like a 401k plan with company match, onsite daycare discounts, and reciprocal access to other POWDR resorts reflect Mt. Bachelor's commitment to employee welfare.

The ideal candidate for the Rental Supervisor position will have at least two years of leadership experience in a related field, possess excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficiency in resort management software and an intermediate skiing or riding ability further support success in this role. Mt. Bachelor values diversity and is committed to an inclusive hiring practice ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants without regard to race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics.

With a current hiring range starting at $23.50 per hour and a minimum age requirement of 18, Mt.
