The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join their team as a Non-CDL Commercial Driver. This employment opportunity offers a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm to 5 am, with pay set at $21.81 per hour. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with dispatchers, warehouse supervisors, and mechanics to ensure efficient operations within the warehouse and during transport activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for crucial tasks such as communicating with dispatchers and routers to coordinate truck, trailer, and door assignments, moving trailers between buildings as directed, and handling the loading, unloading, and merging of loads in various environments. In addition, the driver will stage shuttle trailers nightly, set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets, and make sure all equipment is coupled and ready for the next day's deliveries.
In this role, physical stamina is essential, as it involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products weighing between 20 to 80 pounds or more throughout the shift. The position also requires comfort with operating vehicles in inclement weather and the ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination. The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence, and possess at least six months of preferred experience in non-CDL commercial driving. Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is an advantage, as some locations may require this skill. The ability to communicate effectively in English, read and understand highway traffic signs and official documents, and maintain required records is also mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid driver's license issued by state of residence
- Minimum of six months non-CDL commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- Must be able to pass DOT physical
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions

Job Duties
- Communicate with dispatcher/router for truck/trailer and door assignments
- Keep assigned equipment coupled
- Move trailers between buildings as directed by router or warehouse supervisor
- Load, unload or merge loads between environments
- Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers
- Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets
- Place backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouse
- Make sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day's deliveries
- Work with mechanics nightly
- Must attend all required company meetings
- All other duties as assigned
