Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some mechanical equipment repair experience or training preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety focused
- Bilingual skills may be required based on location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule
- Service equipment to ensure it meets all specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental for damage or loss
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-focused work environment
- Assist with yard organization and general labor tasks
