Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 pounds
- Safety-focused approach
- Bilingual abilities may be required

- Stationing and retrieving equipment on company property
- Maintaining a written maintenance schedule
- Servicing equipment to meet specifications
- Inspecting equipment before and after rental

- Communicating effectively with customers and team members
