The role of Porter / Yard Worker is essential in maintaining efficient operations on site. The Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieval of equipment within the location’s property, helping to ensure that all rental tools and machinery are correctly positioned and ready for use. This role also involves maintaining a written maintenance schedule and performing servicing tasks as necessary to keep equipment in optimal condition. Yard Associates inspect equipment before and after rental periods to document any lost or damaged items, supporting operational accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This position typically requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, and involves working both indoors and outdoors.
