This role provides an entrepreneurial and empowering work environment where no two days are the same, and employees have opportunities to advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service positions. The Yard Associate's primary responsibility is to manage the stationing and retrieval of equipment on the company’s property, ensuring all units are properly maintained and meet set specifications. The role requires maintaining a written maintenance schedule, conducting inspections before and after equipment rentals, and documenting any lost or damaged equipment. This position is ideal for individuals who possess mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused culture. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
