Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills may be required based on location needs

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment as necessary to meet all set specifications
- Inspect equipment prior to and after rentals to document lost or damaged items
- Communicate effectively with customers both in writing and orally
- Perform basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Work in a safety-focused environment and adhere to safety protocols
