Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some training or experience in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors as required
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Bilingual abilities may be required based on location needs
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule
- Service equipment to meet specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental
- Document lost or damaged equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Operate in a safety-focused environment
