The current opportunity is for seasonal Servers to join the Xfinity Club team at Truist Park. This role is essential in representing the restaurant and delivering top-tier service to guests attending sporting events and other activities at the ballpark. As a Server, you will engage directly with guests by greeting them warmly, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The position offers competitive pay at $17.15 per hour and includes access to a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for long periods including walking up stairs
- Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event shifts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- One year's experience as a server in a high-volume environment preferred
- Experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
Job Duties
- Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, prepare and deliver checks to guests
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
