We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Servers to join the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa team. As a Server, you will be a vital contributor to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, possesses a deep knowledge of food and beverage service, and enjoys engaging with guests to recommend menu items and accommodate dietary needs. Responsibilities include taking and delivering accurate orders with a smile, efficiently handling payments and transactions, and ensuring the dining areas are clean and welcoming throughout your shift. Servers must also adhere to the resort's rigorous safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe dining environment for guests and colleagues. The role requires physical stamina as it involves prolonged periods of standing, lifting, bending, and moving around the dining area.
