The hotel also offers convenient proximity to vibrant attractions such as the Philadelphia Convention Center, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, Franklin Institute, Rittenhouse Square, Penn's Landing, and the Central Business District. Known for blending historic charm with modern comfort, Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience that feels both authentic and welcoming.

At Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District, the spirit of teamwork and a people-first culture define our approach to hospitality. We believe in thinking as 'we' instead of 'I,' fostering collaboration through daily Stand-up Meetings where we celebrate accomplishments, recognize outstanding employees, and continuously strive to elevate our service quality. As part of a global company managing over 800 hotels worldwide, our hotel emphasizes diversity and inclusive growth opportunities. We provide comprehensive benefits, including hotel discounts, industry discount programs, online training courses, management apprenticeship pathways, and leadership development initiatives designed to support professional growth and career advancement.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. The Front Desk Agent serves as the ultimate guest experience guru, mastering the art of warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells. As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest interaction seamless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep the front desk operating with precision, expertly juggling reservations, guest requests, and unexpected situations with the agility of a hospitality ninja.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and can think quickly to solve problems. The Front Desk Agent position requires a multitasking marvel capable of managing various operational tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, handling financial transactions, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role not only involves direct guest interaction but also supports the smooth functioning of daily front desk activities, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Those hired into full-time positions after an initial waiting period become eligible for a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. This includes innovative offerings such as Daily Pay, which ensures you have immediate access to your earnings, as well as medical, dental, and vision coverage for your health and well-being. Additional benefits include short-term and long-term disability income, term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan to secure your future. This extensive benefits package highlights our commitment to supporting our employees both professionally and personally.

Join Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District and become part of an inspiring team where you can grow, succeed, and belong. If you are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to turning first impressions into lasting memories, this is your moment to shine as a Front Desk Agent. We invite you to contribute to our mission of creating unforgettable experiences for every guest while advancing your career in a supportive, vibrant work environment. Apply today and take the first step toward a rewarding and fulfilling journey with us.
