Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to work one day a week
- Willingness to cross-train in housekeeping and other non-management duties
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Prior experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of sales and revenue management
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Flexibility to work one day a week and cross-train in various departments
Job Duties
- Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance
- Solicit comments from guests and respond to situations promptly, managing guest conflicts effectively
- Coordinate all front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events
- Ensure safety of the building and occupants and respond effectively in emergencies
- Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards
- Execute the lead management process and review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue
- Maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize overall revenue
