Job Description

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is a leading name in the extended stay market, known for its rapid growth and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector, SH prides itself on fostering a welcoming, professional environment that balances innovation with personalized service. The company operates a range of properties designed to cater to business travelers and long-term guests seeking comfort, convenience, and consistent quality. With a strong emphasis on community and employee development, Sandpiper Hospitality creates opportunities for career advancement and personal growth within the hospitality industry.

The Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) role at Sandpiper Hospitality is perfectly tailored for individuals seeking a customer service position with a flexible schedule. Working primarily one day a week, this part-time role allows you to be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering superior guest service while supporting front desk operations. The GSA plays a pivotal role in ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and pleasant stay by handling key duties such as guest check-ins, move-outs, reservations, and property tours. There is an opportunity to cross-train in housekeeping, adding versatility to your role and enhancing your contribution to the property’s upkeep and service quality.

In this position, the GSA is entrusted with maintaining the safety and compliance of the property, conducting daily inspections of studios and common areas, and promptly managing any emergency situations. Beyond guest interactions, the role is integral to driving revenue through efficient lead management, daily inventory reviews, and upselling ancillary services that add value to the guest experience and maximize hotel income. The part-time schedule makes this role ideal for students, caregivers, or anyone seeking supplementary income without the demands of a full-time job.

Joining Sandpiper Hospitality means becoming part of a supportive team that values your efforts and encourages adaptability. You’ll engage in a wide range of operational tasks, including laundry duties and general facility maintenance, ensuring the environment remains clean and inviting. This role not only emphasizes customer service excellence but also operational knowledge, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set in the hospitality field.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of flexibility, growth, and meaningful work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Sandpiper Hospitality is committed to empowering its staff with the tools and training needed to succeed and emphasizes a collaborative culture where every team member’s contribution is recognized. If you have a passion for hospitality and want to play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction one day a week, the Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador position at Sandpiper Hospitality is an excellent fit.
