Job Description

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the extended stay market. Known for merging comfort with convenience, SH specializes in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to its guests by providing quality accommodations with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As a leader in the extended stay hotel industry, Sandpiper Hospitality focuses on driving customer satisfaction through attentive service, detailed property management, and offering guests a home-like environment during their stay. The company culture emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and growth, making it an excellent place for professionals looking to build a rewarding career in hospitality. \n\nThe role of Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) at Sandpiper Hospitality offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of the hotel while working a flexible schedule of only one day per week. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment but prefers a supplementary role rather than a full-time commitment. The Guest Services Ambassador is essential in ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and that every guest interaction is handled with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Beyond greeting guests and providing assistance, the GSA is responsible for managing reservations, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and supporting sales initiatives to maximize hotel revenue. There is also an attractive option to cross-train in housekeeping duties, which expands the role’s versatility and offers additional skills development. \n\nThis position allows individuals to make a significant impact on guest satisfaction and hotel operations with a manageable commitment of time. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in dynamic environments, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks, often independently. With a focus on operational efficiency and guest relations excellence, the Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador helps uphold Sandpiper Hospitality's reputation for superior service in the extended stay market. In addition to providing front desk coordination, the role includes contributions to safety compliance, property upkeep, and financial goals, ensuring a well-rounded experience in hospitality service. This flexible, customer-facing role is both rewarding and essential to the continued success of Sandpiper Hospitality properties.
