- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently one day a week
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and patience
- flexibility to cross-train in other areas such as housekeeping if needed

- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality software is a plus
- ability to handle guest conflicts professionally
- willingness to cross-train in housekeeping duties
- basic understanding of safety and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance
- solicit comments from guests and respond to situations quickly, managing guest conflicts effectively
- coordinate all front desk operations such as check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events
- ensure safety of the building and occupants and be able to respond effectively in times of emergency
- inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards
- execute the lead management process and review studio inventory daily to maximize studio revenue
- maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize overall revenue
