- 1-3 plus years of experience in food services, hospitality, catering, or events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
- Comfortable working with vendors and operating in a process-driven environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and service-focused
- Interest in or exposure to a corporate setting is a plus

Job Duties
- Manage catering requests for meetings and events through an internal system
- Coordinate closely with on-site vendors including food services and facilities to ensure seamless execution
- Review menus, dietary restrictions, and meeting requirements to support event planning
- Oversee room setup and ensure meetings are properly prepared and running smoothly
- Support light hands-on tasks as needed
- Assist with high-volume visitor flow during busy periods
