Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely

- Availability to work 8 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to follow company dress code and phone etiquette
- Willingness to be trained on site-specific practices and security camera operation
- No eating at the front desk
- Ability to monitor visitor log and maintain accurate records

Job Duties
- Handle visitors at the front entrance
- Greet customers with a pleasant personality
- Contact employees upon guest arrival
- Receive updates on group meetings and events weekly
- Pick up mail from the driveway gate and deliver to designated team members
- Work with site management for training on site protocols
- Monitor gate to allow visitor entry with security cooperation
- Maintain visitor log including time and details of visit
- Show safety video to contractors when required
- Practice professional phone etiquette without slang
- No eating at the front desk
- Use basic computer systems such as Word and Excel
- Operate security cameras after training
- Ensure lobby cleanliness by contacting cleaning staff as needed
