As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator at CBRE, you will be the cornerstone of the customer experience within a designated facility, responsible for maintaining a world-class service atmosphere. This role involves direct interaction with all individuals entering the facility, ensuring they are greeted warmly and professionally, setting the tone for the entire visit. You will manage visitor and parking systems, meticulously adhering to security protocols. Escorting visitors to their destinations within the building is another key responsibility, as is answering telephone calls with courteous professionalism, providing a consistently positive first impression.

Beyond guest services, this position requires managing office logistics, such as arranging and confirming recreational, dining, and business activities, handling janitorial or maintenance work orders, and supporting various office supply and meeting coordination needs. You will also develop client materials that align with brand standards, enhance event management for client spaces, and provide support for event planning and catering operations. Proactive problem-solving skills are vital in this role as you are expected to independently resolve typical and atypical work-related issues, choosing optimum solutions from a set of known options.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $78,000 annually, equating to approximately $36.06 to $37.50 per hour. Compensation depends on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-4 years of job-related experience
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage the issuance of visitor and parking passes strictly adhering to all established security protocols
  • Professionally escort visitors to their appropriate destinations within the building
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner creating a memorable first impression
  • Arrange and confirm recreational dining and business activities ensuring seamless execution
  • Oversee and manage janitorial or maintenance work orders addressing issues promptly with vendors or internal staff
  • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees guests and co-workers to appropriate channels
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team including office supply management coordination of meetings and equipment care
  • Develop customized client materials aligning with brand guidelines
  • Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures notifying relevant parties to ensure safety
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems within area of work without supervisory approval
  • Evaluate and select optimal solutions from established options to address operational challenges
  • Organize and manage events and client event spaces delivering white glove services
  • Support catering operations for events reset meeting rooms and restock supplies
  • Impact team through quality of service and information provided
