Job Description
Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Local is a leading hard services-driven facility management company that offers bespoke solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Our innovative approach blends self-performed hard services with partnerships from best-in-class soft service providers, enabling us to deliver comprehensive facility and project management solutions. With our focus on downstream accountability, we create an agile and efficient service delivery model that empowers our teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
Our platform extends beyond the conventional realm of facility and project management by providing direct access to specialized services including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and enhanced Workplace Experience programs. This holistic approach positions GWS Local as a premier provider committed to not just managing workplaces but transforming them into vibrant spaces where employees can thrive.
The role of a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering superior workplace services that enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for the smooth delivery of workplace experience services such as Concierge, Reception, Meeting and Event Management, and various administrative office duties. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient environment for clients and visitors within a designated building.
This role demands a dedication to world-class customer service and the ability to manage multiple facets including team supervision, recruitment, training, as well as mentoring and coaching employees to achieve departmental goals. You will be charged with building and maintaining trusted client relationships, negotiating priorities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. A key part of your responsibilities will include assessing technological needs and training gaps, driving process improvements, managing vendor partnerships, and overseeing third-party programs such as event catering, transportation, and mail distribution.
You will also lead by example in embodying CBRE’s RISE values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence while resolving day-to-day issues and providing event management that engages target audiences and effectively communicates the event’s message. Coordination with landlords and facility-related partners will be essential for successful event execution. Post-event follow-ups and continuous feedback integration will foster ongoing improvements in workplace experience services.
The Workplace Experience Manager role is designed for a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and an ability to handle sensitive information tactfully. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on company performance and applicable benefit programs. The position supports diversity and inclusion, offering reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their job functions effectively.
Joining CBRE means becoming part of a global leader in real estate services that values diverse viewpoints and skillsets. We invite candidates who aspire to make a significant impact and carve their own path to explore this opportunity to elevate their career and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative culture.
