The Workplace Experience Manager (Site Lead) role at EA Redwood Shores is an integral position within the People Experience and Workplaces department. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the Workplace Experience (WE) Director and is responsible for developing and managing a vibrant workplace environment that fuels creativity, connectivity, and collaboration among employees. The manager leads workplace strategy and operations, encompassing space planning, workplace services, vendor management, and community building activities. With a hands-on approach, the role involves daily presence at the Redwood Shores campus Monday through Friday to oversee the workplace ecosystem that supports the unique needs of EA’s dynamic teams.

As the on-site leader for the workplace experience, the manager translates business and employee priorities into actionable workplace solutions that enhance engagement, culture, and performance. They champion a service-driven, hospitality-focused culture, fostering an inclusive, inspiring environment where employees feel connected to their colleagues and the company mission. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Real Estate, Design, IT, Security, and People Practices to deliver integrated workplace solutions that align with EA’s global standards while accommodating local culture and operational needs.

Responsibilities extend to leading the site’s workplace experience team, managing budgets, overseeing vendor partnerships, and ensuring that the workplace environment complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards. The manager plays a key role in workplace planning initiatives including seating strategies, office transitions, and construction projects, ensuring smooth communication and change management throughout. Data analysis and employee feedback are utilized to continuously improve workplace services and identify new opportunities for innovation.

This role offers a competitive salary range from $104,400 to $157,400 USD annually depending on location specifics in California. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, real estate, facilities management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, corporate real estate, or related environments
  • Experience leading workplace programs that promote employee engagement, connection, and community
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and growth
  • Experience establishing and managing partnerships and external vendors
  • Experience managing workplace services, operations, and budgets
  • Experience supporting workplace design, moves, or office transitions preferred

  • Lead the delivery of workplace experience strategy for the site, aligning workplace services, space planning, and employee programs with evolving needs
  • Shape and evolve the workplace ecosystem to support creativity, collaboration, and productivity across the office
  • Translate priorities and employee needs into workplace solutions that enhance engagement, connection, and performance
  • Champion a service-driven, hospitality-focused workplace culture that elevates the everyday employee experience
  • Identify opportunities to innovate workplace services and environments that strengthen the EARS community
  • Deliver workplace programs that strengthen campus culture, build community, and support the creative energy required to develop world-class games
  • Partner with business unit and functional leaders and teams to create meaningful experiences that bring employees together and strengthen shared values
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging environment where employees feel connected to their colleagues, workplace, and business unit mission
  • Use storytelling, communications platforms, and workplace channels to celebrate workplace programs, team milestones, and community moments
  • Support the planning of onsite events and experiences that strengthen team connection and culture
  • Lead the on-site Workplace Experience team, promoting a culture of high performance, hospitality, accountability, and service excellence
  • Oversee the delivery of workplace services and vendor partnerships to ensure service delivery is aligned with leadership expectations
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and internal partners to deliver seamless workplace operations
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained workplace environment that meets health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Serve as the primary on-site workplace leader and escalation point for workplace-related needs
  • Build partnerships with business unit and functional leadership to understand evolving team needs and align workplace services
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Design, IT, Security, the Global Health Office and People Practices delivering integrated workplace solutions
  • Represent the voice of the office in workplace planning, design, and operational projects
  • Ensure the workplace experience reflects the identity, culture, and creative energy of the office
  • Lead site-level space planning initiatives including team moves, workplace transitions, and evolving seating strategies
  • Partner with Real Estate and Design teams on workplace design and construction projects to ensure local needs and office culture are reflected
  • Support workplace construction, expansions, reconfigurations, and move-in planning including communication and change management
  • Maintain accurate workplace data, site drawings, and occupancy information
  • Use workplace analytics and employee feedback to improve the workplace experience
  • Report important workplace performance indicators including service delivery, workplace usage, and employee satisfaction
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights that inform workplace strategy and service improvements
  • Implement new processes, services, or technologies that enhance the effectiveness of the workplace ecosystem
  • Manage site operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization
  • Ensure workplace services and vendor partnerships deliver value and operational efficiency
  • Lead capital projects and workplace improvement projects aligned with office and organizational priorities
