Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles
- good communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- open and flexible work schedules
- strong attention to detail
- comfortable with significant walking, standing for long periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- ability to meet and engage new people with a warm demeanor
- ability to interpret instructions and present information clearly to groups
Job Duties
- Greet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols
- answer telephones professionally and create presentations for various group sizes
- arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities upon request
- manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed
- coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
- acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
- organize and manage on-site events including securing event spaces, setup, teardown, and supply delivery
- follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
- coordinate with vendors supplying goods or services to the workplace
- explain detailed or complicated information to team members and follow managers' directions
- utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
