Job Requirements

  • Four-year college/university degree or minimum 2-3 years equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years customer service or hospitality experience preferably from hotel or conference services or commercial high-rise, campus environment, or property portfolio management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Acts as a first point of contact for service calls, requests and issues
  • Directs service requests to appropriate staff or contract service for resolution including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mechanical and vendors
  • Supports and maintains good working relationships with users, stakeholders and vendors
  • Implements building initiatives to share information about local attractions, events, and news
  • Acts as a hospitality concierge by leading building tours, coordinating food orders, and providing local information
  • Provides occupants with information regarding work environment, protocols, culture, and etiquette
  • Continuously evaluates and identifies innovative ways to enhance service delivery
  • Proactively identifies needed repairs, maintenance, or updates
  • Communicates necessary information to employees, executives, facilities management, and account management
  • Assesses space readiness to ensure workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are occupant ready
  • Assists Workplace Experience Manager in addressing complaints, questions, and concerns
