Job Requirements
- Four-year college/university degree or minimum 2-3 years equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years customer service or hospitality experience preferably from hotel or conference services or commercial high-rise, campus environment, or property portfolio management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college/university degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years customer service or hospitality experience preferably from hotel, conference services, or commercial property management

Job Duties
- Acts as a first point of contact for service calls, requests and issues
- Directs service requests to appropriate staff or contract service for resolution including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mechanical and vendors
- Supports and maintains good working relationships with users, stakeholders and vendors
- Implements building initiatives to share information about local attractions, events, and news
- Acts as a hospitality concierge by leading building tours, coordinating food orders, and providing local information
- Provides occupants with information regarding work environment, protocols, culture, and etiquette
- Continuously evaluates and identifies innovative ways to enhance service delivery
- Proactively identifies needed repairs, maintenance, or updates
- Communicates necessary information to employees, executives, facilities management, and account management
- Assesses space readiness to ensure workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are occupant ready
- Assists Workplace Experience Manager in addressing complaints, questions, and concerns
