This part-time position is integral to the Workplace Experience function, focusing on fostering positive interactions and seamless daily experiences within office environments. The coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the building, greeting them warmly and managing access with professionalism and adherence to security protocols. In this role, the individual will handle a variety of responsibilities including issuing visitor and parking passes, managing communications via telephone, arranging meetings and social activities, coordinating maintenance requests, and providing concierge-style services such as mail and office supply management. \n\nAdditionally, the Workplace Experience Coordinator organizes and manages on-site events, ensuring that event logistics such as space reservations, setup, and teardown are executed smoothly. They coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods, follow emergency and security procedures, and address employee and guest inquiries or complaints constructively. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to engage with a wide range of personalities warmly and professionally, and an inquisitive mindset to effectively solve problems. Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform mobility tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Open and inquisitive mindset
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals with a warm demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant workplace experience
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to engage warmly with new people and provide customer-focused solutions

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all employees and visitors entering the facility with a friendly demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
  • Answer telephones professionally and create presentations for groups
  • Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
  • Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
  • Organize and manage on-site events including setup and teardown
