Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform mobility tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open and inquisitive mindset
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals with a warm demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant workplace experience
- Minimum 2 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to engage warmly with new people and provide customer-focused solutions
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all employees and visitors entering the facility with a friendly demeanor
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
- Answer telephones professionally and create presentations for groups
- Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
- Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
- Organize and manage on-site events including setup and teardown
- Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services
- Address inquiries and complaints professionally by providing solutions
