Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3-4 years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • open and flexible work schedules
  • ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • greet all facility entrants with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • issue visitor and parking passes following security protocols
  • answer telephones in a professional manner
  • create presentations and speak to various-sized groups
  • arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities
  • manage janitorial or maintenance work orders
  • coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding
  • acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
  • organize and manage on-site events including securing event space, setup and teardown, and supply delivery
  • follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace
  • explain detailed or complicated information within the team
  • follow specific directions as given by the manager
  • use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems within limited discretion
