The Workplace Experience Coordinator manages reception and visitor support, facilitates employee support, coordinates logistics for meetings and events, oversees facilities operations, and manages pantry and inventory needs. They also ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance protocols and maintain close coordination with vendors and service providers to deliver consistent workplace standards.
The position reports through the account management structure and collaborates closely with leadership and property management to sustain a smooth operation. Job Duties
- Provide professional and welcoming reception and visitor support
- serve as primary on-site workplace resource supporting employees
- coordinate meetings, events, room readiness, catering, AV, and logistics
