In this role within the Facilities Division based in Denver, the successful candidate will be the frontline ambassador providing concierge services essential to the smooth operation of the workplace. Responsibilities include welcoming employees and visitors, managing print room operations, mailroom logistics, and coordinating shipping and receiving to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries. The role requires handling Move, Add, Change (MAC) logistics, supporting audiovisual needs during meetings, organizing office supplies, and managing workplace records such as name tags and seating diagrams.

This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced corporate setting. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong customer service aptitude are critical. Additionally, the candidate must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as the role involves manual handling tasks.   • 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, or administrative support in a corporate office environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide front line support for concierge services, welcoming employees and visitors and addressing inquiries
  • Assist with daily print room operations, including job intake, production, distribution, internal branding, signage, and workplace communications support
  • Support mailroom activities such as sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate record keeping
  • Assist with MAC logistics, including employee workstation setups and office reconfigurations
  • Provide basic AV meeting room support including setups, troubleshooting, and assistance coordinating meetings with AV needs
  • Monitor and stock general office supplies and first aid kits to ensure availability and readiness
  • Support office printer fleet operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating service requests
  • Maintain office name tags, seating/cube diagrams, and related workplace records
  • Track and analyze service metrics (print volumes, mail/package activity, supply usage, and service requests) to identify trends and support continuous improvement
  • Partner with team members to ensure a consistent, high quality service experience across all workplace functions
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming workplace environment
  • Carry out other duties as assigned
