In this role as a Workplace Experience Ambassador, based on-site in Wichita, KS, you will take a proactive and client-centered approach to enhancing workplace environments. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, skilled in building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional experiences. As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, your primary focus will be on managing client employee interactions, troubleshooting, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with established service level agreements and client expectations.
The role involves direct communication with clients and service providers, supporting various aspects of workplace experience such as training centers, meeting services, and event management. You will be responsible for conducting routine campus walkthroughs to ensure service excellence, supporting after-hours events, managing conference room bookings, and assisting in administrative tasks related to soft services. This position demands excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations or commercial real estate preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services
- Execute experience/ambassador services consistent with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image and compliance with local laws
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of the campus including training centers, meeting rooms and food service locations
- Provide assessments of workplace experience services to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulations and performance metrics
- Assist the experience services team in supporting after hours events as needed
- Support data collection, analysis and reporting to align with client goals and objectives
- Work with key account and client stakeholders to organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events
- Provide backup support to receptionists through lunch breaks and PTO requests
- Work collaboratively within the account team across all business lines
- Assist with third party vendor relationships and service partners
- Manage early training room and conference center group arrivals
- Identify potential risks and escalate to avoid privacy breaches, security incidents or operational disruptions
- Engage in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Serve as training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings
- Provide administrative and operational support for soft services
- Perform additional job duties as requested
