This position is a part-time Supervisory role within Harvard Maintenance’s janitorial services team, offering a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour. The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 10 pm, providing an opportunity for individuals who seek flexible working hours in a supportive and dynamic company setting.

The Supervisory role at Harvard Maintenance is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations at assigned properties. The successful candidate will supervise, direct, and coordinate employees, supplies, and equipment to ensure all cleaning standards are met according to contractual specifications. This includes managing a team of porters and matrons, assigning tasks based on job requirements or special assignments, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

In addition to operational oversight, this role includes training new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures, performing quality control inspections to ensure that both Harvard Maintenance and client standards are consistently upheld, and managing inventory by ordering and issuing supplies and equipment. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the general upkeep of all cleaning equipment.
