Job Description
The Kitchen Supervisor position exists to oversee the hospitality staff and ensures team members are properly trained to serve couples, groups, events, etc. during their time at Focus Marriage Institute.
This position offers a $500 hiring bonus. The bonus will be paid to the hired candidate half after 30 days ($250) and half upon the successful completion of 6 months of work ($250). Employees must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout to be eligible for hiring bonuses.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the daily Hospitality operations, ensuring FMI provides each guest with an experience that is characterized by highly attentive service, excellent food, and beverages
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned
Managerial Breadth/Scope of Job:
- Leads all Hospitality staff
Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Post Offer Prehire Physical exam
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Some exposure to fumes and hot items
- Some moving and lifting of heavy items
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to push/pull up to 25lbs
- Occasional holiday and weekend work is required

Character/Spiritual:
Pursues the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end
Pay Range: $18.65 to $21.99
