This role focuses on workforce management within a vibrant and dynamic environment in McAllen, TX, requiring a committed onsite presence. As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service levels, site efficiency, occupancy, and agent adherence to schedule and compliance parameters in real-time. This role demands constant communication with supervisors, operations managers, and support center personnel, ensuring that operational performance is maintained at its peak. Interaction with clients for real-time reciprocal communication is crucial to quickly address any operational disruptions and maintain service excellence. The position does not support remote work and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented setting where multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include rigorous monitoring of schedule adherence, managing online states and off-phone events, and ensuring limited unauthorized agent states such as extended after-call work or auxiliary modes. You will also communicate promptly with operations management to resolve emerging issues, partner with recruitment efforts to manage staffing levels efficiently, and generate alerts for situations potentially disturbing service levels or site efficiency. Reporting duties are comprehensive, involving detailed documentation and communication both internally and with clients and vendors. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with all TP policies across security, human resources, and operations, quickly reporting any infractions to management.

Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in call center operations or workforce management
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules according to business needs
- proficiency in email and advanced Excel spreadsheet functions
- capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- successful completion of background screenings including drug and credit checks
Job Qualifications
- 90 days in current position for internal applicants
- 6 months of call center operations or workforce experience a must
- solid customer service skills
- solid verbal and written communications skills
- flexible with ability to work any schedule based on business needs
- proficiency in email, extended email functions, word processing, and advanced spreadsheets in Excel format
- must pass mandatory background checks including pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks
Job Duties
- Monitor established thresholds for schedule adherence, online states, off phone events including break and pre-approved AUX modes, limit agent states that are not pre-approved such as ACW, long calls, Aux modes
- Communicate with operations management for prompt resolution of identified issues
- Partner with operations in recruitment of overtime/VTO to assist with managing day to day staffing levels
- Generate inclusive alerts for any type of situations that could disturb service level or efficiency including technical issues, idle time, higher than forecasted call volume and excessive use of Aux, ACW or agent population shrink
- Report as required by client and internal leadership including switch and performance reporting, attendance and adherence reporting, documentation of outages and staffing impacts, and other ad hoc reporting
- Exchange information with client and all their vendors in a virtual call center environment
- Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management
- Ensure all TP policies and procedures are adhered to, including security, HR, operations, and communicate any infractions immediately to proper TP management
