Job Description

CAI is a distinguished global services firm with an expansive workforce of over 9,000 associates across the globe, generating an annual revenue exceeding $1.3 billion. For over four decades, CAI has built a strong reputation for excellence by seamlessly combining talent and technology to create transformative solutions for its clients, employees, and communities. As a privately held company, CAI enjoys the freedom to prioritize doing the right thing above all else, embracing a commitment to integrity and innovation. The company serves a diverse mix of public and commercial sectors and stands out as a pioneer in integrating neurodiversity in enterprise environments. This dynamic and forward-thinking organization fosters an inclusive culture where ideas thrive and opportunities abound.

CAI is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Workforce Management Coordinator to join their team in a full-time, hybrid role. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of Indiana's 5-year statewide Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), an initiative designed to enhance healthcare delivery in rural areas. The Workforce Management Coordinator will work 37.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes three onsite days and two remote days. Compensation for this position ranges from $31.00 to $36.00 per hour, reflecting factors such as location, experience, and education.

The Workforce Management Coordinator position is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in workforce development, grant management, program administration, and collaborating with healthcare and community organizations. This role requires a dedicated individual who can lead strategic statewide initiatives focusing on the paraprofessional workforce, including Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other frontline healthcare roles. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, training, credentialing, and placement activities with multiple stakeholders such as employers, training providers, and community partners. The role also oversees career pathway development and competency frameworks aligned with statewide guidance.

Beyond workforce development, this coordinator is responsible for the meticulous administration of workforce-related grants, contracts, and subawards under the RHTP. This includes monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and managing program budgets and performance indicators. The coordinator also collaborates with technical assistance providers and participates in statewide meetings and workgroups to maintain alignment with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state healthcare priorities.

A key element of this role is the coordination of CMS workforce reporting efforts, including data collection, report submission, and supporting partner understanding of CMS metrics and requirements. Additionally, the coordinator acts as a liaison among diverse rural workforce partners such as hospitals, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), emergency medical services (EMS), behavioral health providers, and training institutions. This position demands excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong networks and ensure that workforce activities reflect rural community needs.

The Workforce Management Coordinator also supports program implementation by interpreting state guidance, tracking progress, and fostering innovative rural healthcare delivery models. The role includes problem-solving to address workforce barriers and contributes to statewide consistency through the use of shared tools and evaluation frameworks. Candidates for this position must not require current or future sponsorship, emphasizing stability and readiness to contribute immediately.

This opportunity at CAI not only offers competitive remuneration and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement accounts, but also the chance to make a significant impact on rural healthcare workforce development and transformation. The role embodies CAI's commitment to excellence, diversity, and community engagement, inviting candidates to join a meaningful mission that shapes the future of rural health services.
