Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- at least 2 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination
- demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing events
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Manage organization's events calendar
- develop detailed event plans including timelines and logistics
- create and manage event budgets ensuring expenses stay within constraints
- coordinate with vendors such as caterers, decorators, audio-visual technicians, and venues
- collaborate with Marketing to promote events via social media and email campaigns
- determine and manage sponsorship opportunities
- handle registration for organization and attendees
- coordinate event needs including booths, collateral, giveaways
- arrange travel for events
- maintain inventory of event materials including booths, banners, giveaways, collateral
- gather post-event feedback to assess success and identify improvements
- provide support and resources to participants to ensure positive experience
- work closely with team members to align events with organizational goals
- manage leads collection from booth traffic and session attendance and input into Salesforce
- send attendee/registrant lists to Marketing post-event
- plan and coordinate logistics for speaking sessions including proposal submissions, marketing outreach, presentation planning, collateral handling, and follow-up management
