Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional CAD environment
- Preferred previous experience in the woodworking industry and Microvellum software
- Proficiency in advanced computer skills including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional CAD environment or equivalent military or practical experience
- Preferred previous experience in the woodworking industry and Microvellum software
- Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Smartsheet, AutoQuotes, KCL helpful
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
Job Duties
- Create submittal drawings for customers and production needs
- Modify architectural drawings to match on site conditions and ensure proper layout of equipment and millwork
- Create cut lists and shop drawings using CAM software
- Contribute to the creation of design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents necessary for project execution
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that design documentation aligns with project requirements and standards
- Assist in the coordination of design elements with cross-functional teams, including architectural and engineering partners
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project files and folders, ensuring efficient data management for easy retrieval and reference
