high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in fine dining
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong work ethic and discipline
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to work flexible schedules
capacity to handle physical demands of kitchen work

Job Qualifications

experience in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen
knowledge of whole animal butchery and meat aging
ability to prepare fresh pasta and fabricate fish
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

prep ingredients and set up stations
break down stations and maintain cleanliness
practice whole animal butchery and fish fabrication
prepare pasta and dry aged meats
work cooperatively with team members
